With Care Plus you have the option to buy via shared ownership, also known as part buy – part rent.

You can purchase a share to suit your budget and then simply rent the remaining portion from SSHA. Later, if your finances change, you can buy more shares to increase the portion that you own. And if you choose to buy the maximum of 75% we’ll pay your rent on the other 25%. 

SSHA will manage the building and communal areas for an affordable monthly fee, so the development always looks its best.
