Volunteering with Care Plus

Whether you are sitting down for a cuppa with someone who lives alone, walking a much-loved dog when its owner can’t get out and about or sharing skills like photography, painting or gardening, our volunteers make a positive difference. 

To become a volunteer and start changing lives, all you need is enthusiasm and a desire to help. You can choose how much time you offer and we'll provide any training and support required. 

Volunteers include job-seekers, students and those who fit volunteering around full-time work or family responsibilities as well as older people with a lifetime of experience. 

Whoever you are and however you help, you’ll be part of a fantastic community of volunteers doing something amazing for older people living their best lives, in their own homes.
