Work in Customer Engagement and Support

Community wellbeing services - both customer engagement and support and telecare - are a vital part of our work. Wellbeing is about positive mental health, keeping active, combatting loneliness and knowing how to access specialist support.  

It’s about living, well. 

Care Plus provides a wide range of wellbeing services, for older people in our retirement living communities, those at risk of isolation or who need some support in  the community. We also work with people who are at risk of homelessness because they are finding it hard to manage their home or mental health.

Most of this work is face-to-face, with individuals or small groups of people but we also check-in with people regularly, by phone.
