Introducing our new Gas Safe contractors 

As your landlord, we have a legal duty to carry out an annual heating and gas safety check in your home. This check helps to keep you safe, at no charge to you.  

When your safety check is due, our contractors will write to you to arrange an appointment. From April the checks in your home, as well as any heating or gas related repairs, will be carried out by either Sureserve Compliance Central Limited or PH Jones.  

You may also see Ashley & McDonough Ltd carrying out these checks in our Retirement Living buildings and other communal areas.   

Our new contractors are all experienced providers and already trusted partners of many social housing providers. All their engineers hold the relevant qualifications and registrations to help us keep you safe and are committed to delivering a quality service.  

Please remember to always ask to see photo ID before letting anyone into your home. All our servicing engineers are Gas Safe registered.
