Service charge
In addition to your rent, you will pay a service charge. Your service charge covers costs relating to the cleaning and maintenance of any shared areas and gardens as well as the maintenance of fire and alarm systems and equipment, heating, lighting, water and CCTV and door entry systems. It also finances staffing and the management and administration of services.

Wellbeing charge
All residents pay a wellbeing charge which covers the costs of a daily call to make sure everything is okay, signposting and advice on your health and welfare and help with arranging social, leisure and educational opportunities. It also means that we can carry out regular checks on the building so that you can enjoy the peace of mind that where you live is safe and secure. In the event of an emergency such as a fall or sudden illness we are available 24 hours a day.
