Our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) results for rented customers are now available.
We have become aware that some customers are receiving scam phone calls or text messages claiming to be from their local housing association. These messages are advising customers to contact their local housing association on Whatsapp.
Please note: we do not use Whatsapp as a method of communication. If you receive a call or text message that you think may be a scam, please report any concerns to us on 0800 048 8955.
If someone comes to your home, please:
1. Always ask for identification before letting anyone into your home. Our staff, as well as our contractors, always carry ID.
2. Don’t deal with people who don’t have proper identification with them.
3. Report any concerns to us using the contact details above.
4. If you feel unsafe call the police.
ReConnected is a new service for people aged 55+ providing advice about the things that matter most to you, as well as activities and social events in your community.
