Listening to You: CX Feedback Launching Soon

We’re making it easier for you to share your views with us. This month, we’re launching CX Feedback, a new digital survey platform designed to help us understand what matters most to you.
All customers will receive a short text message from an official Housing Plus Group address, inviting them to opt in or out of the service. It’s quick, secure, and also gives you the chance to update your contact details so we can stay in touch more effectively.
The message will look like this story’s image when it arrives, and we want to reassure you: it’s not a scam. If you’re happy to take part, simply follow the link in the message to confirm your preferences.
