There are 52 flats at Corsers Court with 10 bungalows to the rear of the building on Trent Close. Corsers have staff on site 24 hours and use a pendant alarm system. There is a Retirement Living Officer on site weekdays covering 8-4 and a Responsive Care Officer covering 7-10 over 7 days. 2 Night carers cover over 7 nights 9-7.

Corsers Court is in the heart of Perton, you only have to cross the road to Sainsburys, two doctor’s surgeries, pharmacy, church, library, hairdressers, café, chip shop, the Wrottesley Arms pub, cashpoints, charity shops, petrol station, two lovely lakes to walk around, hardware shop, and more. The GP surgery and dentist is just across the road. Buses run on a regular basis.
Scheme Facilities
Corsers Court is staffed 24 hours a day, with dedicated housing officers, responsive care officers, activities coordinators, a cleaner and a caretaker. We have two hairdressers on site on different days, as well as a chiropodist once a week and a restaurant open Wednesday-Sunday 8am-2pm. We have a lounge, a dining area, a garden, a communal laundry room and a guest room for when family or friends come to visit. Our activities include; bingo, craft club, monthly themed events, chair exercises, breakfast club, quizzes, as well as external entertainment etc.
