Congratulations Adam!

There was a lovely surprise for Shropshire’s retirement living officer Adam Pugh recently, when he learned that he had won the Housing Officer of the Month award presented by OKEach Day service provider Alertacall.

The company’s awards programme recognises the hard work of fantastic housing officers up and down the country. The accolade is given in recognition of a proactive approach and 'can-do' attitude, and is awarded to someone who always goes the extra mile for their customers.

“These values are at our core and we love working with people who share our values,” Luca Malatacca of Alertacall explained. “The person we’d like to recognise this month is Adam Pugh. The team think Adam is great. They say that he is always super-easy to work with and really helpful.”
