Customer engagement and support

There are lots of reasons why you might want a little extra help with everyday life. Perhaps you are finding it difficult to manage your home or keep on top of appointments? Are you losing confidence at home after a stay in hospital, or feeling isolated?

You’re not alone.

We want you to get more out of life. To live independently at home, if that is your choice. To live a life that is safe, well and fulfilled.

We offer a range of support to make life easier, taking away the worry for you and your family.

Our community wellbeing services help you to find the right advice and support when you need it. If you want to get active but don’t know where to start, need help to manage your money or want information about looking after your mental and physical health, our community wellbeing services are the place to start.

Community wellbeing services are available in Staffordshire and Shropshire.

This award-winning befriending programme helps you to meet new people and build social networks. We are developing this into ReConnected, to help you build confidence and get out and about following the COVID-19 lockdowns.
