Carina spreads a little happiness

Activities co-ordinator Carina has been surprising residents in one of our retirement living communities, with beautiful flowers generously provided by a local supermarket.  

Carina was inspired by our recent Week of Giving, explaining that she knows how much happiness flowers can bring.  

“We had a special week at work, when we were all thinking about carrying out little extra acts of kindness. It was lovely to be able to knock on someone’s door and surprise them with a bunch of flowers.  

“Everyone was delighted and the splash of colour made us all feel brighter. At Care Plus it’s all about the smiles and I certainly saw plenty of those!”
