People at the heart of our project

Our mission statement is to be an excellent provider of homes and services. An important part of that work is to develop high-quality accommodation designed for older people, giving more choice to people who want to enjoy independent retirement, with access to care and support if they need it.

That aim is central to our plans in Kinver, where our project began by presenting alternative housing options to the current residents of Mill House and The Burgesses.

Residents have been kept fully informed and given support from Day One. They have also had the flexibility to move when it suits them – even if that is before the project has got underway.
